All sales at OSIA are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care with every order. If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@drinkosia.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as they are processed quickly for shipping.
